OPERATIONAL PROGRAMMING TECHNICIAN

Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring completion of the weekly workload, advising the operational programmer, and monitoring schedules, with a focus on work order management. Key Highlights: 1. Operational scheduling management and monitoring 2. Support to operational and programming teams 3. Use of tools such as SAP S/4HANA, Excel, APLAT, and Power BI **Description** Ensure execution of the scheduled weekly workload and address emergency requests; advise the operational programmer on tasks assigned by them and ensure confirmation of hours worked in the system, verifying and requesting corrections for executed work. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure PTs are printed for execution; allocate actual man-hours (H/h) for completed work orders and/or partial service time sheets for ongoing services; Monitor schedules in the APLAT PT system, including monthly forecasts for each service; Update the quarterly scheduling spreadsheet with executed man-hours (H/h); Conduct daily PT scheduling meetings with execution teams; Print PTs and Maintenance Orders; And other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Secondary Technical Education in: Mechanical, Boiler-making, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Valve disciplines. **Required Qualifications:** Valid and active professional registration; SAP S/4HANA – PM and MM modules; Excel; APLAT; MS\-Project; Power BI.
