Job Summary: The Production Assistant is responsible for assisting in the operation of extrusion machines, monitoring quality parameters, completing reports, and ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials, thereby contributing to production targets in a company focused on innovation and sustainability. Together, we go much further. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in operating extrusion machines according to routines and instructions established by machine operators and leadership. * Assist and contribute to screen changes and machine startup. * Assist in monitoring machine parameters to ensure production meets quality standards. * Assist in quality testing under supervision, based on guidelines from production, engineering, and quality departments. * Interpret quality data to assist in adjusting machine operations as needed. * Accurately and legibly complete inspection sheets, production reports, and quality reports. * Follow information and instructions contained in the Production Order to ensure process compliance. * Supply the production line with raw materials and ensure continuous flow. * Bag material, perform weighing, and move it using appropriate devices such as pallet jacks, recording data in production reports. * Clean machine filters and maintain general organization, cleanliness of the area, and autonomous maintenance. * Support general production activities such as cleaning, lane revitalization, and occasional needs of other related departments. * Collaborate in achieving production targets and performance and process indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Availability for shift work. * Willingness to work in Manaus/AM. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance. * Dental assistance. * On-site meals. * Basic food basket. * Profit-sharing program (PLR). * Career development plan. * Life insurance. * Transportation – Route service.
