Every day, we impact millions of lives by transforming how people see the world. **Job Summary**: * Serve as the company’s IMS focal point, operationalizing necessary actions to ensure the system functions appropriately and transparently. Conduct all activities related to the company’s Integrated Management System, including monitoring internal and external audits, action plans, risk analysis, process mapping, preparing reports, and supporting departments for proper IMS management. **What will be my duties and responsibilities?** * Actively participate in the training, implementation, and maintenance of the IMS Manual and managerial procedures; * Conduct Management Reviews with support from company management; * Execute and evaluate internal audit programs covering systems and procedures related to the IMS, aiming to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities while raising awareness among employees and directly involved departments; * Participate in defining and organizing the company’s Internal IMS Auditors, ensuring adequate training; * Participate in scheduling external audits, arranging appointments, and managing payments associated with these activities; * Define the schedule for internal audits and work assignments for internal auditor teams; * Analyze, request procurement of, and organize information on official technical standards and relevant literature for the area, to enhance team capabilities and disseminate knowledge as needed and applicable across company departments; * Prepare IMS training sessions or request them when necessary, contributing to achieving company-established objectives; * Advise managers on implementing IMS activities, ensuring execution complies with applicable standards; * Organize internal and external events related to the IMS to promote employee training; * Actively participate in promoting/maintaining the company’s IMS policy by preparing and distributing related materials, organizing seminars to raise awareness and engage all company departments regarding the IMS; * Support other departments in problem resolution, acting as a facilitator for necessary changes related to the IMS; * Monitor recommendations issued to audited departments to verify their implementation or corrective actions taken, and assess the effectiveness of implemented procedure modifications or corrections; * Maintain tools used in IMS management services; * Monitor administrative services within the department; * Accompany external auditor teams whenever audits are scheduled; * Integrate new employees into IMS-related topics. **Requirements**: * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001/13485 standards; * Internal Auditor certification; * Excel; * Knowledge of Aspect Identification and Impact Assessment; * Knowledge of quality tools; * Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency. **What do we offer?** • Benefits including Medical Assistance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Private Pension Plan, Childcare Allowance, and Commuter Benefit.
