




Job Summary: A professional responsible for overseeing and executing vehicle deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with established procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Description: What we expect from you: * Completed high school education; pursuing a bachelor's degree in administration or related fields is preferred; * Experience in customer service and administrative tasks; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Driver's license category B (Mandatory); * Monitor the delivery schedule according to procedure to ensure on-time delivery as agreed with the customer; * Record all vehicles scheduled for delivery that day on the delivery board to track deliveries to customers; * Verify upon vehicle arrival at the delivery showroom that all accessories have been installed and that cleaning has been performed per procedure; * Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining maintenance requirements, warranty terms, and all vehicle features according to the completed checklist; * Complete the vehicle warranty manual for delivery in the case of brand-new vehicles; * Print pre-owned vehicle certificates when applicable (i.e., used vehicles eligible for certification); * Capture photos of customers receiving their vehicles, collect their signature on the image release form, and send them to the immediate supervisor; * Confirm receipt of the key for the vehicle used as payment for the purchased vehicle; * Upload checklist documents, financial release (outbound) documents, and invoice into D4sing for signature by involved parties: finance team, customer, technical delivery specialist, and security desk; * Request customer feedback surveys via the system upon completion of deliveries; * Share CRVL documents for newly delivered customers in the delivery group (instant messaging app); * Archive signed D4sing documents in the Dealer system and network folder upon request (November, December, and January). 251113020246734758
