Meet and exceed maintenance objectives; provide customer service; execute tasks as directed by your supervisor; participate in company meetings and training; Requirements: 1\. Experience installing, cleaning, and repairing inverter air conditioners. 2\. Experience with cassette air conditioners. 3\. Willingness to learn and obedience to superiors. 4\. Good communication skills and professional appearance. 5\. Trustworthiness. 6\. Familiarity with target customers, market, and products\/services. 7\. Familiarity with air conditioning systems. 8\. Empathy. 9\. Organization. 10\. Perform maintenance according to the PMOC. Preferred Qualification: Desire to become a Level I Refrigeration Technician for air conditioning. **Employment Type:** CLT, formal employment registration. Contract Duration: Indefinite after a 90-day probationary period.
