Support for audits and implementation of quality methodologies Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. * Prior experience with quality routines, processes, audits, or continuous improvement; * Knowledge of performance indicators and data analysis; * Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001\); * Proficiency in Excel and ERP/CRM systems; Responsibilities: * Monitor and control quality processes, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures; * Track and analyze non-conformities, supporting root cause identification and implementation of corrective and preventive actions; * Develop and monitor quality indicators, facilitating analysis and managerial reporting; * Organize and manage technical documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance; * Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and evidence; * Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of internal processes; * Collaborate with operational and administrative departments to guide best quality practices; * Update quality management-related systems and controls; * Support the implementation of quality methodologies and tools (e.g., PDCA, 5S, root cause analysis).
