Initiative, responsibility, and willingness to work in a team are essential to ensure all receiving, inspection, and storage processes are carried out accurately and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store products, verifying invoices, purchase orders, and quantities; * Record goods receipts and dispatches in the system; * Verify seals, packaging, and freight details against invoices; * Ensure control over product expiration dates, quality, and integrity; * Organize inventory by assigning appropriate locations for each item; * Monitor and record damaged products; * File documents and parts requisitions; * Support general departmental routines whenever necessary. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Familiarity with administrative routines.
