




Job Summary: A DHO professional responsible for recruitment and selection processes, talent management, organizational development, and continuous improvement of the area. Key Highlights: 1. Co-create initiatives for quality of life and employee engagement. **Responsibilities**: Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring hires align with strategy, culture, and departmental needs; Ensure excellence in candidate experience across all stages of the selection process; Communicate vacancy closures to DHO and the HR Department; Monitor and evaluate the adaptation of new employees during their probationary period; Manage internal mobility (promotions, transfers/internal processes, cycle closure) with agility, transparency, and clarity; Register and/or update departments and positions in the payroll system (RM); Encourage review of job descriptions and propose structural improvements based on the job mapping; Structure and monitor the evaluation cycle jointly with leaders and team members; Manage DHO databases, dashboards, and metrics; Conduct exit interviews; Maintain updated KPI spreadsheets, position management records, and salary tables; Research and propose improvements to compensation and benefits packages; Co-create initiatives for quality of life, well-being, and engagement; Monitor and analyze People Management metrics; Participate in DHO meetings and contribute analyses, benchmarks, and reflections; Collaborate with other DHO pillars; Contribute analyses and insights regarding organizational climate, perceptions, and behavior; Attend 1:1 meetings with coordination; Deeply understand the organization’s strategic vision; Drive process mapping and improvement within the area; Update performance indicators monthly; Ensure daily time tracking records are maintained and the overtime bank is zeroed out at month-end; Attend OKR and KPI check-in meetings; Act in support of sustainable development culture; Perform other related duties; **Required Education**: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
