Support the sales team, customer prospecting, phone-based customer service, sending catalogs via WhatsApp, order entry; Identify, test, and explore potential customer prospecting channels; Identify, test, and explore different customer prospecting approaches; Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs; organize and qualify the CRM; Monitor and test new customer follow-up processes. **Requirements:** Requirements: Experience with active calling, such as telesales or general telemarketing. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Inbound Marketing, CRM, Excel and Google Sheets, SEO, SEM, Social Media, and sales techniques. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: 6 hours per day with flexible hours if necessary.
