Responsibilities The Construction and Installation Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between the technical department, field teams, and the end client, promoting alignment, safety, and operational excellence on construction sites. Main Activities Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical installation activities, ensuring compliance with design documents and technical standards. Manage field teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and adhering to the construction schedule. Review technical drawings and specifications, validating installation feasibility and identifying necessary adjustments. Monitor construction progress through technical site visits and alignment meetings with clients and suppliers. Control resources and materials, verifying consumption, requisitions, and proper use of equipment and tools. Prepare progress reports, documenting project status, pending items, and performance indicators. Collaborate with the design and estimation departments to ensure consistency between planned and executed work. Technical Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Intermediate Excel; Intermediate AutoCAD, including reading and interpreting technical drawings; MS Project [desirable]; Behavioral Skills Technical and operational leadership: Ability to coordinate field teams, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality in deliverables. Planning and organization: Control of schedules, deadlines, and priorities, with a systemic view of project phases. Assertive communication: Clarity when conveying technical information and instructions to teams and clients.
