On-site work at a company providing synthetic diamond solutions for healthcare and industrial sectors, located in São Jose dos Campos/SP. ⏩ Your responsibilities will include: PROVIDING support in organizing and executing activities related to the proper storage, handling, and distribution of goods, parts, and raw materials, ensuring orders are processed and shipped efficiently, within established deadlines and in compliance with the company's safety and quality standards, contributing to process optimization, satisfaction of internal and external customers, and business sustainability. ⏩ Required qualifications: \- Completed Technical Education in Logistics (preferably), Administration, or related field; \- Completed complementary training course in Logistics; \- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; \- Knowledge of ERP systems \- logistics modules; \- Experience in inventory control and product handling; \- Knowledge of reverse logistics processes and return management; \- Flexibility in working hours, ability to handle pressure with urgency and ethics; \- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork; \- Organized, proactive, and committed.
