Organize and manage files; sort and classify documents. Conduct periodic cleaning of processes. Request and manage office supplies for the department. Prepare periodic reports, perform data entry, and update records. Serve internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or completed high school. **Additional Information** **Location:** AME Taubaté \- Av. It employs experienced and highly qualified professionals, including occupational physicians, safety engineers and technicians, as well as specialists widely recognized in the market. It assumed responsibility for managing health facilities in partnership with the State and Municipal governments of São Paulo.
