Job Summary: Support infrastructure construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications networks, ensuring proper use of tools and safety procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Care for tools, equipment, and safety **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Salary:** R$1.800,00 (After probation period: R$1.984,50) **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance (card) + Meal Allowance (R$30.00/day on card) + Medical and Dental Plan + TotalPass + Attendance Bonus (R$200.00) **Responsibilities and Duties:** Support infrastructure construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications networks; assist in cable pulling, laying, and organization (fiber optic and UTP); perform field support activities; ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE; comply with company safety procedures and quality standards; assist in completing simple activity reports. **Minimum Education Level:** Completed Elementary or High School **Experience and Qualifications:** *Preferred:* Basic knowledge of telecommunications networks (fiber optic and metallic cabling); fundamental concepts of network installation, maintenance, and repair; basic occupational safety knowledge (NR10 and NR35); familiarity with hand tools; ability to read and interpret work orders and technical procedures. *Advantageous:* Prior field or construction site experience; previous role as assistant, technical aide, or in related areas; basic courses in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or networking. **Residence Requirement:** São José dos Campos or Jacareí. **Requirements:** Driver's License Category B and availability for travel.
