Discover the life awaiting you at Accor—visit:**https://careers.accor.com/br/pt** Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! **\#BELIMITLESS** **Job Description** Perform kitchen support activities, assisting in the pre-preparation and preparation of food according to required food safety standards: Assist and perform pre-preparation and preparation of food (mise-en-place), including washing, sanitizing, and cutting food items, and placing them into appropriate containers—ready for cooking dishes on the menu, buffet, banquets, restaurant, etc. Apply relevant good food safety practices; • Assist in replenishing buffet items; Set up and maintain buffet replenishment and dining area cleaning; Perform Steward duties when necessary. Keep the workplace clean and organized.
