Perform preventive, curative, and corrective actions while maintaining interaction with the multidisciplinary team to promote the health of patients and their families, adhering to the COREN\-COFEN Code of Ethics, administer procedures and medications according to medical prescriptions, ensuring appropriate patient care and other clinical activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement institutional protocols for preventing adverse clinical events; * Participate in mandatory continuing education training, including institutional safety protocol training; * Administer procedures and medications according to medical prescriptions, ensuring appropriate patient care; * Provide general support for departmental activities and comply with instructions and deadlines assigned to your responsibilities; * Deliver comprehensive patient care, including direct care tasks such as oral and body hygiene, medication administration, vital signs monitoring every 2 hours, venous puncture, nebulization, repositioning every 2 hours, feeding assistance, enteral diet setup, fluid balance monitoring every 2 hours, collection of laboratory tests and swabs; * Maintain, preserve, and manage equipment, instruments, facilities, supplies, and medications available for beneficiary care, and report maintenance needs to the competent responsible departments; * Accompany medical staff during examinations and special procedures, providing necessary materials and care; * Prepare and administer medications (oral, intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous, or rectal routes); * Ensure proper handling and maintenance of nursing care equipment and supplies, performing checklist-based verification to maintain unit organization and arranging necessary replenishment supplies; * Execute checklists related to clinical protocols within your scope of responsibility, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team in clinical procedures; * Conduct shift handovers and receive incoming shifts; * Carry out planned nursing care activities and verify them in the Electronic Nursing Record System (SAE); * Forward materials to the Central Sterile Supply Department (CME) and retrieve them according to pre-established schedules; * Ensure patient identification safety using identification wristbands with patient risk alerts; * Carry out sector-specific duties in alignment with company guidelines and the Internal Regulations of the Nursing Service. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Technical Requirements:** * Nursing Technician certification with active COREN registration * Prior experience in ICU/CCU is desirable * Familiarity with Tasy system is desirable #### **Behavioral Competencies:** * Teamwork and cooperation; * Proactivity and engagement; * Ownership mindset and results orientation; * Organization and adaptability to change; * Continuous improvement and innovation mindset; * Customer focus and solution-oriented attitude; * Resilience and agility; * Emotional intelligence and flexibility; * Ethics, integrity, and trust building; **Additional Information** * **Work Schedule:** 12-hour shifts on a 12x36 rotation (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) * **Work Location:** Santos Dumont Hospital (**Address:** Av.
