**RSG Brasil Headhunters** **Company: Confidential** **Location: São José dos Campos/SP** **Position: Financial Manager** Assume full responsibility for the finance operation, focusing on transforming revenue growth into consistent profit and cash generation through rigorous cost control, operational efficiency, and strategic financial management of the company. **Responsibilities:** * Fully manage the finance operation (production, shop floor, products, and back office) * Implement and monitor key performance indicators: * Control and analysis of COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) * Contribution margin, operating expenses * P&L control, cash flow management, and support to accounting * Develop and execute strategies for: cost/margin reduction, team leadership, and onboarding new suppliers * Establish management and control routines (month-end closing, inventories, reporting) * Develop financial reports (dashboards / KPIs) and support external audits * Report directly to the executive board. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics required (\+10 years since graduation); * Solid experience in operations management within the industrial sector * Proven track record of improving business results (profitability, margins, efficiency) * Experience leading operational teams * Owner/operator mindset—not merely a routine manager * Strong analytical capability and obsession with numbers * Strategic vision combined with hands-on execution * Ability to make difficult decisions (cost cutting, team adjustments, etc.) * 100% on-site position * Work location – São José dos Campos/SP **Compensation: PJ contract – Salary expectations to be discussed** **Immediate start** **www.rsgbrasil.com.br**
