Job Summary: Experienced professional in vehicle and equipment homologation, responsible for managing certification processes, optimizing strategies, and leading cross-functional teams. Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in vehicle, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment homologation; * Advanced knowledge of automotive and yellow-line equipment regulations; * Expertise in CAT certification processes; * Experience working with Brazilian regulatory bodies (Detran, ANTT, IBAMA, INMETRO, etc.); * Strategic mindset, leadership capability, and experience managing cross-functional teams; * Fluency in Portuguese and English (Mandarin is considered a plus). * Responsible for homologating SANY's new products in the Brazilian market; * Responsible for collaborating with the China R\&D team to establish homologation procedures and conduct product and component testing; * Coordinate and manage vehicle and heavy equipment homologation processes with Brazilian regulatory authorities (Detran, INMETRO, IBAMA, etc.); * Perform product certification in compliance with standards such as CAT (Certificate of Technical Conformity), ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable regulations; * Develop and implement strategies to optimize homologation processes, reducing timelines and costs; * Serve as the technical liaison with certification bodies, testing laboratories, and regulatory agencies to ensure product compliance; * Lead internal and external audits, overseeing inspections and required certifications; * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes and ensure technical compliance; * Stay updated on changes in legislation and technical standards in the automotive and heavy machinery sectors. 2511070202301855191
