The Resolve Group is a company specialized in management solutions and consulting, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Plan and monitor operations in municipalities served. Conduct periodic visits to Municipal Departments of Education and schools. Audit operational quality and identify opportunities for improvement. Support and guide local teams in activity execution. Monitor platform usage indicators. Ensure adherence to implementation and sustainability schedules. Lead follow-up meetings with internal teams and clients. Identify operational risks and develop action plans. Collaborate with local operational coordination to ensure activity execution. Ensure documentation, records, and evidence are up to date. Support homologation, training, and implementation processes for new modules. Serve as the liaison between operations, product, development, and executive management. High school diploma required.
