Interface with stakeholders to ensure performance, reliability, and safety of aerospace structures. Finite Element Modeling and Analysis (FEA): conduct structural analyses using FEMAP, ANSYS, Nastran, Abaqus, or equivalent software. Perform static analyses, nonlinear analyses, and modal analyses. Develop complete solutions for structural crack assessment (Damage Tolerance). Validate designs through simulations considering loads, vibrations, and various environmental conditions. Collaborate with design teams on structural optimization targeting weight, performance, cost, and safety requirements. Interpret FEA analysis results and provide recommendations for design improvements. Prepare detailed technical reports including methodologies, results, and conclusions. Apply aviation certification requirements and processes (EASA CS-25, FAR-25 or equivalent). **Qualifications** Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields. English – Advanced level Technical Requirements: Experience with structural analysis and finite element software (FEMAP, MSC Nastran, ANSYS, Abaqus, Nasgro, CAE). Prior experience in the aerospace or space industry is a plus. Experience in component and structure development, numerical modeling, Global Models (GFEM), fatigue analysis, and damage tolerance (Damage Tolerance – DT). Knowledge of analytical methods, simulations, manual calculations, and FEA-based analyses. Experience with CAE/CAD tools. Strong understanding of structural mechanics and elasticity theory. Programming skills for automation and customization of analyses. Experience in structural crack solution methodologies (Damage Tolerance).
