An engineering and technology company is seeking a Power BI Project Analyst in Taubaté. Soditech is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation, offering software development and IT consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Evaluate budgets and technical/economic feasibility of industrial projects to support strategic decisions. Develop schedules, control costs, and ensure adherence to deadlines and financial assumptions. Manage development processes (welding, painting, assembly, stamping, laser cutting, and profiling), working integrally with logistics and engineering. Conduct kick-offs, follow-ups, and supplier development, including buy-off and try-out. Prepare technical scopes, terms of reference, and risk analyses. Lead root cause analyses (MASP) and implement corrective and preventive actions. Participate in PFMEA, technical validations, and approval of processes, layouts, and ergonomics. Monitor time, cost, and quality KPIs, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements. Bachelor's degree required.
