We use our energy to change people's lives! ** **Join us?** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Support administrative routines:** --------------------------------------- * Verify and control document archives; * Enter data into systems; * Enter and control data in Excel; * Serve operational internal and external audiences. * Assist in delivering training sessions; * Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations; * Perform other departmental activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in night high school or have completed high school; * Pursuing or having completed higher education or technical studies is a plus; * Be aged between 18 and 22; * Available to work from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; **Additional Information** **Here you will find:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * Transportation allowance.
