Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for basic control of personnel, materials, and equipment records on construction sites, ensuring the organization of operational and administrative information. Key Highlights: 1. Organizes records and information at construction sites 2. Assists in preparing daily construction reports 3. Supports the organization of operational documents * Responsible for basic control of personnel, materials, and equipment records on construction sites, ensuring the organization of operational and administrative information * Works under direct supervision, reporting data to the site supervisor or foreman * Records daily worker attendance at the construction site, including overtime and absences * Records all daily events in the Construction Diary * Notes receipt and consumption of materials at the construction site * Records entry and exit of rented equipment, verifying its general condition * Informs the site supervisor about possible delays, absences, or issues with material deliveries * Prepares simple reports with basic information on the daily progress of the construction project * Assists in organizing operational documents at the construction site office * Ensures records are up-to-date and available for consultation * Assists the supervisor as needed **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role; * Basic knowledge of timekeeping records, measurements, and material control; * Proficiency in manual note-taking or basic spreadsheet use with fundamental Office software knowledge; * Good communication and organizational skills, responsibility, ability to follow instructions, adaptability to various working conditions, and ability to work under pressure. **\*ONLY CANDIDATES RESIDING IN TREMEMBÉ OR NEAR TAUBATÉ\*** Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.350,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in Tremembé or Taubaté? * Do you have your own vehicle for commuting to work, in case you live far away?
