Monitoring of departmental reports and KPIs An engineering company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant in São José dos Campos. EGD Engineering is a company specialized in civil engineering and construction solutions. Focused on quality and innovation, it delivers services tailored to its clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Will be responsible for attending to employees. Must possess knowledge of all stages of job posting, recruitment, and selection processes. Will conduct new employee onboarding. Will participate in activities related to the Integrated Management System (SGI). Will monitor departmental reports and KPIs. Will lead employee engagement initiatives. Will provide support in submitting documentation to online portals. Will assist in benefits management activities. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, HR Intern, or HR Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
