Job Summary: A dynamic and organized logistics professional to manage inventory, distribution, fleets, and assist in procurement, ensuring material quality and control. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic support in the procurement department and negotiation with suppliers. **Prerequisites:** * Logistics education preferred * Driver's license category B **Knowledge Requirements:** * Inventory Management * Experience with the SIECON system is a plus. **Profile:** * Proactive; * Organized; * Dynamic; * Good interpersonal skills; * Team-oriented; **Responsibilities:** * Receiving materials: inspecting and registering incoming products; * Storage: organizing and storing items appropriately; * Inventory Control: monitoring inventory levels and conducting periodic inventories; * Distribution: releasing materials per internal requests; * Record Maintenance: updating inventory control systems and reports; * Report Preparation: generating reports on inventory movement, such as receipts and issues; * Quality Assurance: ensuring products are in good condition; * Waste Management: implementing proper disposal practices for unused or damaged materials; * Responsible for planning and organizing the organization’s fleet and equipment management; * Documentation: familiarity with invoices, receipts, and movement reports; * Procurement Support: requesting quotations, negotiating with suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and processing invoice receipts.
