Job Summary: Apprentices are responsible for supporting supermarket operations, packing goods, assisting customers, restocking sales points, and delivering excellent customer service. Assisting customers with information about goods, products, and services. Professor Walter Taumaturgo, 1160 \- Centro, Taubaté \- SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor product storage, verifying required precautions for each department. * Monitor preparation and packaging of perishables, including identification of damaged or unsaleable products. * Minimize losses in goods, packaging, or labels. * Restock merchandise maintaining continuous rotation. * Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating willingness to assist with any questions, performing product exchanges, and other related services. * Provide front-counter assistance for exchanging damaged goods, price verification, etc. * Organize merchandise to protect it, facilitate transportation, and optimize use of customer-provided bags. * Package merchandise considering appropriate product classification. * Ensure sufficient availability of bags at checkout counters and match product weight to bag load capacity. * Assist customers in transporting merchandise within the store. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic Education (Fundamental Education) * At least 14 years of age **Behavioral/Technical Competencies** * Initiative * Proactivity * Agility * Courtesy * Interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualification** * Computer literacy course **Additional Information** **Employment Contract**: Apprentice Meals are provided on-site!
