




Job Summary: Apprentices responsible for support activities in supermarkets, including packing, guiding customers, and restocking products, with emphasis on customer service and organization. Guiding customers regarding merchandise, products, and services. Restocking sales floor areas with goods and products. **If you enjoy retail, serving people, and helping others, join our team!** **This position is for the store \- Pindamonhangaba.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor product storage, verifying required precautions for each department. * Monitor preparation and packaging of perishable items, as well as identification of damaged or unsellable products. * Ensure minimal loss possible in merchandise, packaging, or labels. * Restock merchandise while maintaining continuous rotation. * Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating willingness to assist with any inquiries, product exchanges, and related services. * Assist customers at checkout counters for exchanging damaged items, price verification, etc. * Organize merchandise to protect it, facilitate transportation, and optimize use of customer-provided bags. * Pack merchandise considering appropriate product classification. * Ensure sufficient supply of bags at checkout counters and match product weight to bag load capacity. * Assist customers in transporting merchandise within the store. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Elementary education completed. * At least 14 years of age. **Behavioral/Technical Competencies** * Initiative * Proactivity * Agility * Courtesy * Interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualification** * Computer literacy course. **Additional Information** **Employment Contract**: Apprentice.
