Join us in shaping our future–and yours. **Role reports to:** Maintenance Manager**Location:** Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo, Sao Jose dos Campos**Work Location:** Fully Onsite**What you will do** The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies for equipment failing to meet OEE targets. Support complex problem analyses upon request from the Maintenance Department. Support plants in understanding failures to meet performance indicators such as MTTR, MTBF, and IMO. Support plants in conducting reliability studies including FMEA, RCM, vulnerability mapping, and criticality analyses. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop master maintenance plans and technical procedures; * Implement equipment improvements, modifications, and upgrades, managing them via Symphony; * Support “Digital” initiatives (tools, KPIs, training, etc); * Propose projects to extend equipment lifespan, reduce costs, and increase productivity; * Support technical management of contracts and suppliers; * Update maintenance projects in Planisware; * Ensure technical compliance with applicable standards (NR10, NR12, NR13, PSM, GMP, etc); * Participate in internal and external audits; * Support the maintenance team in understanding impacts on equipment INV values; * Manage maintenance budget (OPEX and CAPEX); * Analyze life-cycle costs (LCC) and propose improvements (Vulnerability Map). **What we look for** Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent; * Knowledge of Manufacturing/Maintenance environments; * Experience in maintenance processes. Desired Qualifications * Knowledge of quality tools, maintenance systems, reliability tools, and root cause analysis (5W2H, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc); * Experience with MAXIMO (Computerized Maintenance Management System); * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency; * Knowledge of Power Platform; * Familiarity with NR10 standard; * Experience with PLC and Motion programming; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Ability to read and interpret P\&D diagrams and isometrics; * Knowledge of supervisory control systems (AVEVA).
