




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 **Level:** Professional **Employment type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Customer service (in\-person, phone, online\-WhatsApp and email) Client Prospecting and Management: Identify and prospect new potential clients, focusing on orthopedic surgeons , hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions. Develop and maintain a solid and trustworthy relationship with the clinical staff (doctors, surgical technicians, purchasing team). Prepare and negotiate complex commercial proposals, including terms, prices and contracts, tailored to customer needs and hospital requirements. Ensure achievement of sales targets (volume and revenue) set for the territory. **Requirements:** Experience in the commercial area with customer prospecting, argumentation and negotiation Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is desirable Intermediate English proficiency, advanced level (will be an advantage) Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ambition and curiosity for quick learning.
