Efficiency and organization in customer service We are seeking an agile, responsible, and communicative bartender to prepare highballs, simple cocktails, and various beverages in a wine bar / nighttime bar setting. Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble highballs (gin, vodka, energy drinks, pre-mixed cocktails, etc.) Serve customers efficiently and courteously Maintain an organized and clean bar counter Restock beverages and supplies Follow standardized drink portioning and assembly guidelines Requirements: Basic experience preparing highballs or serving in a bar Efficiency and organization Proactivity and strong communication skills Availability to work night shifts Commitment and willingness to grow We Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with the role Dynamic work environment Growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time, Temporary, Intermittent (freelance) Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$2.514,08 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
