Job Summary:
Coordinate HR subsystems, manage processes, develop policies, monitor performance indicators, and handle team and conflict management.

**Coordinate HR subsystems:** recruitment and selection, training and development, positions and salaries, benefits, personnel department, and labor relations;
Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and social charges;
Issue candidate profile assessments;
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures;
Monitor departmental performance indicators (turnover, absenteeism, organizational climate, etc.);
Prepare statistical reports;
Draft and administer job descriptions;
Create organizational charts;
Handle conflict management and foster relationships with employees and leadership;
Plan and execute training and development programs;
Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations;
Support leadership in team management and talent development;
Supervise the HR team (analysts, assistants, etc.);
Assess employee potential for internal advancement;
Conduct meetings, lectures, and training sessions;
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
Prior experience in HR with generalist responsibilities;
Knowledge of labor legislation and Personnel Department routines;
Experience in team management;
Proficiency in HR management tools and Microsoft Office suite;
