If you are a proactive professional seeking an opportunity to apply your PLC programming knowledge and work at an innovation-focused company, join our team! **What We Are Looking For:** * Preferably currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Industrial Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields / Technical degree in Automation. * Experience with electrical control systems, reading and correcting electrical schematics, intermediate-level PLC programming (Addon, UDT) and HMI, knowledge of drives and motion control, intermediate-level vision sensor programming and low-level vision system programming, knowledge and configuration of barcode readers. * Ability to work directly with clients without requiring additional technical support / Ability to identify technical issues on-site and provide quick and effective solutions / Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal clients. * Active participation in technical and alignment meetings with clients and suppliers, maintaining a professional demeanor / No rework incidents; if any occurred, proof must be provided that the error was caused by a third party / Ability to technically represent the department to clients. * Technical autonomy and proactive attitude, focused on results and problem-solving / Responsibility regarding deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards. * Knowledge of Rockwell PLCs **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
