Hardware and software problem diagnosis and repair Experience: Prior experience in computer, notebook, printer, and peripheral maintenance Technical Skills: * Operating system formatting and installation (Windows, Linux, etc.). * Hardware and software configuration and maintenance. * Diagnosis and repair of issues in computers, notebooks, and printers. * Peripheral control and configuration (mouse, keyboard, monitors, etc.). * Basic knowledge of networking and mobile device configuration (smartphones, tablets).
