The mission of the Data Analyst is to transform data into strategic information that directly impacts decision-making. This person will be responsible for ensuring data quality, optimizing analytical processes, and generating actionable insights for various departments within the company. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring integrity and quality. * Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics. * Develop and optimize data pipelines to automate analytical processes. * Identify patterns, trends, and generate insights to support strategic decisions. * Apply statistical models and predictive analytics to guide decisions. * Collaborate with other teams, understand their needs, and propose data-driven solutions. * Ensure best practices in governance and documentation of analytical processes. * Support upskilling of other departments in data usage and interpretation. ### **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related fields. * Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Google Sheets. * Experience with libraries such as Pandas, PySpark, NumPy, and SciPy. * Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Metabase, Superset, or Looker). * Knowledge of Databricks, Jupyter Notebook, or Google Colab. * Solid foundation in applied statistics and data modeling. * Experience building and optimizing data pipelines. * Intermediate English proficiency for reading technical documentation. * Minimum 18 months of prior experience as a Data Analyst. * Availability for **100% in-person work** in São José dos Campos (SP). ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of data orchestration (Apache Airflow, dbt, or Prefect). * Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Understanding of data governance and data monitoring strategies. * Experience with product metrics and experimentation analysis (A/B testing, causality). ### **BENEFITS** * Health insurance (Bradesco, Policlin, or Santa Casa) * Dental plan (Uniodonto) * On-site cafeteria at Quero with delicious lunch options * Education Support: Waiver of pre-enrollment fees for Quero Bolsa courses, 100% discount on UFBRA’s online undergraduate programs, and access to the Allevo platform for professional development * Discounts on the New Value platform, offering over 25,000 products and 600 active deals * PLR (Profit Sharing Plan) based on individual and company goals * Psychotherapy support * Birthday day off * Wellhub * Extended maternity leave * Extended paternity leave
