Job Summary: A professional responsible for the implementation, evolution, and integration of systems, leading SAP and M&A projects while managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in system implementation and evolution, including SAP and M&A projects 2. Leadership in planning, execution, and governance of projects 3. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management tools **Key Challenges:** * System implementation and evolution * SAP projects (migration and upgrades) * Integration of legacy systems * M&A projects * Management of multidisciplinary teams **Responsibilities:** * Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliveries * Interface with consulting firms and internal departments * Lead project planning, execution, and governance * Oversee testing, go-live, and assisted operations **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with both agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) * Hands-on experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, and Power BI Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$11.500,00 - R$13.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in São José dos Campos, SP
