Responsibility for inventory organization and control **LOGISTICS OPERATOR** * Salary: R$ 2\.594,13 * Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) * Benefits: Food basket, medical and dental plans, shuttle service, life insurance * Schedule: Availability to work fixed shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift) **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Required knowledge: Electric and manual pallet jacks, forklifts * Prior experience in logistics, specifically in automotive product dispatch. **Responsibilities:** * Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse according to work orders and considering material, packaging, and product characteristics. * Label handled materials and conduct periodic counts of high-turnover items to compare against analytical reports from the department. * Dispatch products according to customer requests. * Ensure proper loading of automotive products to avoid delays. * Issue billing invoices according to materials to be delivered. * Record material movements in the Microsiga system. * Maintain area organization, preservation, cleanliness, and compliance with established internal rules and procedures. * Keep the system updated with accurate information and correct inventory transfers. * Identify and report discrepancies between physical inventory and quantities shown in reports to the Logistics Manager. * Ensure inventory control by conducting periodic stocktakes.
