We seek a professional to lead the development, validation, control, documentation, and implementation of projects for new manufacturing processes, equipment/technology, and products—from concept through post-validation support.
The primary focus will be ensuring process and equipment qualification—including IQ, OQ, and PQ—while guaranteeing that all changes to suppliers or internal processes comply with technical and regulatory requirements.
**Position:** Project Manager – MID-LEVEL AND SENIOR
**Salary Range:** R$ 6.500,00 to R$ 8.000,00 + flexible benefits (CAJU card)

**Work Modality:** Hybrid in São José dos Campos – SP

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields;
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Engineering, or related disciplines;
* **Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking);**
* Proven experience in **process and/or equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ);**
* Solid knowledge of process validation and change management applied to suppliers;
* Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments;
* Experience conducting internal validations at production plants;
* Familiarity with global validation procedures and structured supplier change management processes;
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage process and equipment changes, evaluating impacts on critical requirements, quality, stability, biocompatibility, and product shelf-life.
* Collaborate closely with global suppliers to monitor changes in processes, materials, design, or location that may affect the final product.
* Analyze information provided by suppliers, determine the need for downstream testing, and coordinate internal validations when required.
* Ensure all procedures and documentation comply with internal and regulatory standards.
* Communicate and coordinate with international multidisciplinary teams to align technically and execute projects.
* Apply process and equipment qualification expertise to accelerate implementation and reduce learning curves.
