Job Summary: A professional responsible for the complete management of the biological sample workflow, from receipt and registration to result release and inconsistency resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of the biological sample workflow 2. Ensures quality, traceability, and reliability of the laboratory process 3. Handles authorizations with health insurance providers and prepares reports Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 hrs The professional is responsible for managing the biological sample workflow from receipt to result release. Activities include sample registration in the system and triage to ensure correct identification and processing. Also handles authorizations on health insurance provider websites and enters tests into operational systems, ensuring data compliance. Prepares and organizes reports for delivery to physicians, and executes sample returns when necessary. Additionally, identifies and resolves inconsistencies, ensuring quality, traceability, and reliability throughout the entire laboratory process. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** .
