Description

Will be responsible for providing specialized customer service for Sodexo client service requests, resolving inquiries and addressing initial demands via phone, Teams, and e\-mail. Will be responsible for applying prioritization and escalation procedures, as well as supporting the management of Facilities Management (FM) services.
