Will be responsible for providing specialized customer service for Sodexo client service requests, resolving inquiries and addressing initial demands via phone, Teams, and e\-mail. Will be responsible for applying prioritization and escalation procedures, as well as supporting the management of Facilities Management (FM) services. Will ensure the maintenance of assets and sites under contract, with daily interaction with the focal point and focus on efficient workforce allocation. Main responsibilities: * Respond within SLA through official channels and create requests in the FM system * Correctly create Service Requests in the FM Management software * Manage Service Requests and generate Work Orders based on criticality, priorities, SLAs established in the client contract, and alignment with Sodexo Operations. * Plan labor and resources in advance, monitor time tracking and team leveling * Schedule backlog and ensure legal and contractual compliance in executions * Control the lifecycle of Work Orders * Act as a focal point with the Technical Supervisor, monitoring team KPIs and routines.
