The **Tester** executes, creates, and plans tests based on functional analysis of user, system, and application requirements. Detects errors and defects during execution; documents test records and progress; logs issues (bugs) when requirements are not covered within scope; performs retesting of issues/defects prior to product completion; executes pre\-defined test scripts and test plans for system version updates at client sites; configures environments for test execution; records non\-conformities related to system architecture and/or modeling; executes tests across all scenarios and test cases; and supports the development of test automation. **What we’re looking for:** * Reside in **São José dos Campos** or the surrounding region. * **Experience executing, creating, and planning tests** based on functional analysis of user, system, and application requirements; * **Ability to detect errors and defects** during test execution; * **Skill in documenting** test records and progress; * **Experience logging issues (bugs)** when requirements are not covered within scope; * **Experience performing retesting** of issues/defects prior to product completion; * **Experience executing pre\-defined test scripts and test plans** for system version updates at client sites; * **Ability to configure test environments**; * **Experience recording non\-conformities** related to system architecture and/or modeling; * **Experience executing tests** across all scenarios and test cases; * **Experience supporting the development of test automation**. **Desirable differentiators:** * Prior experience with **testing**; * Hold a degree in **IT** or have professional experience in the field; * Experience using **Jira** and/or **Azure DevOps**.
