This professional will be responsible for leading and overseeing tendering processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation and contributing to company growth through public contracts. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor public procurement portals and tender notices Identify tenders compatible with the company's business Read and interpret tender notices Verify technical, legal, and financial requirements Assess whether the company is eligible to participate Organize all required documentation (certificates, financial statements, declarations) Ensure all documents comply with legal requirements Participate in electronic and in-person auctions Submit proposals and monitor bidding rounds Track results and award announcements Support contract formalization with public agencies Maintain control over deadlines and documentation Update company certificates and registrations Generate tender performance reports **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields Prior experience with tendering processes Knowledge of current legislation (Public Procurement Law) Familiarity with public procurement portals (ComprasNet, BEC, Licitações\-e, BBM Net) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Competencies: Organization and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Analytical and proactive mindset Ability to manage multiple deadlines and concurrent tasks We are a market leader in our segment, operating in dozens of municipalities across Brazil, with over 200 employees dedicated to achieving outstanding results.
