Field work involving optical fiber, IP networks, network infrastructure, and basic power systems, requiring flexibility and safety certifications.

**1\. Education**
* Completed or ongoing Technical Education in Telecommunications, Computer Networks, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or Informatics.
**2\. Desired Experience**
* Optical Fiber: Practical experience in optical fiber laying, handling, and splicing, plus familiarity with test equipment (OTDR, Power Meter, Optical Pen).
* IP Networks: Solid understanding of IP networking, basic routing, switching, and connectivity (TCP/IP, router and switch configuration).
* Network Infrastructure: Experience assembling racks, installing structured cabling, organizing DIOs, and handling connectors.
* Basic Power Systems: Knowledge of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, power supplies, and basic electrical panels.
**3\. Preferred Qualifications**
* Concepts of Radio Frequency (RF) and Microwave Radio Links.
* Physical infrastructure of telecom sites (BBU, RRU, antennas).
* Prior familiarity with 4G (LTE) and 5G mobile technologies.
**4\. Field and Safety Requirements**
* Safety Certifications: Valid NR\-10 (Electrical Safety) and NR\-35 (Work at Heights) training courses.
* Driver's License: Category B driver's license (with driving experience for company vehicle use).
* Availability: Flexibility for short regional trips and weekend/holiday on-call shifts.
