Initial salary (Trainee Technician without experience): BRL 1,841 + 30% hazard allowance (BRL 552.30), totaling BRL 2,393.30. Multiskill Technician salary (candidates with experience or after 90 days from hiring): BRL 2,280.65 + 30% hazard allowance (BRL 684.19), totaling BRL 2,964.84 + productivity bonus.
