Job Summary: A cost professional to work in Tax, Finance, and Accounting, responsible for cost accounting and asset management, leading process improvements and training. Key Highlights: 1. Global involvement in Tax, Finance, and Accounting. 2. Responsible for cost accounting, asset management, and process improvements. 3. Serves as a technical reference and leads strategic projects. **About the Area:** * The area is globally responsible for Embraer’s Tax, Finance, and Accounting functions under the Global Business Services (GBS) model, reporting to the Finance Directorate. This position is part of the Cost team, which oversees the company’s cost accounting and asset management. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Execute the monthly closing process for Business Units and Subsidiary Companies; * Ensure accurate allocation of revenues, costs, and expenses across Business Units; * Perform accounting reconciliations; * Prepare and reconcile accounting entries related to costs; * Develop managerial cost reports and performance indicators; * Identify and implement process and routine improvements within the area; * Support requests from Business Units and Controller’s Office; * Serve as a technical reference for junior and mid-level analysts, promoting training and support; * Coordinate automation and system improvement projects related to the cost area; * Lead strategic area projects focused on continuous process improvement; * Support internal and external audits, as well as SOX controls participation; * Participate in technical discussions related to costs and revenue. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To meet this challenge, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking); * Experience in cost accounting (cost calculation); * Experience in financial closing (focused on revenue and cost); * Experience with IFRS; * Knowledge of SAP and Office 365; * Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel and Power BI). **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Prior experience at a Big 4 firm. **Additional Information** Hybrid work model (3 days onsite and 2 remote) for São José dos Campos / SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccination Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * Multi-Benefit Card * On-site Cafeteria * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
