Job Summary: Professional to provide technical support for aircraft component repairs, analyzing and issuing engineering dispositions, participating in component teardowns, and maintaining contact with various departments to resolve issues. Engineering dispositions for aircraft systems and components **About the Team:** * Provide technical support to Embraer Material Services Organization to ensure the company's best interest related to Aircraft Components Repairs for Special Programs **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Provides technical and engineering support to EACS material support and field teams, Embraer aircraft customers, suppliers, and repair stations. * Analyzes and evaluates service bulletins, reports, documents, manuals, technical publications, technical problems, warranty claims and component repairs. * Analyzes and provides engineering dispositions / recommendations on issues / matters related to aircraft systems / components. * Participates in components teardowns. * Defines deadlines and takes necessary relevant measures. * Follows up off\-site repair teams and guides contracted shops to perform maintenance services. * Maintains contact with interface areas, other company units, customers, operators, suppliers, Contracted maintenance shops, technical representatives, engineers, technical assistants, maintenance mechanics, etc., providing and obtaining operational / technical information. * Discusses with personnel involved in product development / maintenance activities, alternative Solutions to solve and prevent problems. * Prepares meetings, visits and trips reports. * Prepares warranty, and stock analysis reports. * Performs components NFF analysis and provide corrective actions. * Stays current with air management, landing gears, hydraulics, mechanical, flight controls, avionics, electrical, fuel, power plant, interior and structure systems new technologies, maintenance, components, performance, and Embraer aircraft types. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To meet this challenge, you must have:** * Higher School Diploma \- Engineering * Languages: English / Advanced communication level * Comprehension, understanding and execution of broad practices associated within the field assigned and related fields. * Strong knowledge of aircraft systems (air management, landing gear, hydraulics, mechanical, flight controls, avionics, electrical, fuel, power plant and interior). * Strong knowledge of Embraer products and organization. * Ability to interpret and read technical drawings. * Aircraft systems troubleshooting, including CMC and/or FHDB analysis. * Microsoft 365\. * Strong presentation skills. * Negotiation techniques. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience aircraft systems (air management, landing gear, hydraulics, mechanical, flight controls, avionics, electrical, fuel, power plant and interior). * Spanish / Intermediary communication level **Additional Information** On-site work model for São José dos Campos / SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Plan * Dental Plan * Vaccine Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * Multibenefit Card * On-site Cafeteria * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
