**Responsibilities:** * Perform production environment migrations, ensuring stability, operational continuity, and risk mitigation. * Update critical infrastructure components, such as VPN solutions and domain controllers (Active Directory), ensuring high availability and uptime. * Conduct targeted migrations aligned with the specific needs of each environment and customer. * Execute detailed performance optimizations, identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvements. * Participate in the modernization of environments and infrastructure components, applying best practices and technical standards. * Perform daily monitoring of environments, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. * Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, including customer onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as resolution of incidents and complex issues. * Contribute to long-term initiatives and continuous improvement projects for environment functionalities. * Apply standards, methodologies, and theoretical foundations in practice, with analytical vision to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions according to team deliverables. **Skills and Competencies** * Solid knowledge of AWS and clear understanding of core services (AWS certification is a plus) * Experience supporting AWS-based cloud platforms * Windows server administration (AD, Remote Desktop Services, etc.) * Experience with Level 2\-3 support and customer service * Experience monitoring production environments * Strong troubleshooting skills * Proficiency in network administration * Clear understanding of AWS security best practices (or other public cloud) * MSSQL administration * Experience with monitoring tools * Familiarity with agile methodologies **Benefits**: Meal Allowance: R$ 287\.95 per month Health Plan: Bradesco Saúde – 50% co-payment \- Dependent Health Plan: Bradesco Saúde – no co-payment Dental Assistance: Bradesco Customer PLR Life Insurance: Porto Seguro TotalPass (starting from the second month of employment) Birthday Day Off Extended maternity/paternity leave Home Office Allowance: R$ 72,32/month Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Languages:* English (Advanced)
