If you have experience in requirements gathering, assisted operations, training, and customer support, join our team!! **\#vempraGEO** **Responsibilities and Duties*** Prepare the solution’s requirements package by identifying, describing, prioritizing, documenting, and communicating system requirements to both the client and the project team; * Conduct risk analysis for project and solution requirements, identifying and monitoring areas of uncertainty that may impact activity execution; * Provide input to enable the project manager to negotiate scope change requests with the client; * Support the testing team in developing and executing functional tests in a controlled environment, documenting results to ensure compliance with solution acceptance requirements; * Monitor testing for validation of the solution delivered by the project; * Monitor client acceptance testing (UAT); * Deliver solution training to the client; * Monitor client operations (project-assisted operations); * Provide remote support to client operations, including clarification of doubts and technical assistance; * Support the creation of an environment conducive to generating new business opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. **Mandatory:** **Driver’s license Category B / Willingness to travel**.
