Focus on goals and results We are looking for a **Relationship Agent III** with a commercial profile and relationship management focus to prospect and maintain partnerships with medical professionals, promoting solutions focused on women's health. The professional will be responsible for strengthening relationships with strategic partners, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to service expansion in the operational region, with a focus on achieving results. * Conduct visits to physicians and clinics to strengthen partner relationships; * Present and offer laboratory collection services focused on women's health; * Prospect new partners and expand the client portfolio; * Monitor the flow of collections conducted in medical offices; * Ensure excellence in customer service and support; * Focus on goals and results. To transform healthcare, the following are required: * Completed bachelor's degree; * Valid driver's license and driving ability; * Availability for external work in the specified regions. * Experience in customer service, outside sales, or relationship management; * Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus. Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off — Working hours from 08:00 to 18:00. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
