Job Summary: Responsible for maintenance, organization, and material handling on the factory production line, including material preparation and equipment operation. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and organization of factory departments 2. Material handling and preparation on the production line 3. Assisting with the calendering process and organizing component replenishment **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM. **Salary:** R$ 1,951.00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance + Basic Food Basket (R$185.00 in cash) **Responsibilities and Duties:** Responsible for maintaining factory departments, handling materials on the production line, preparing, executing, and organizing materials, packaging components for shipment to sewing, assisting with the calendering process, and organizing component replenishment. Also required to perform cleaning and upkeep of the work area to maintain a suitable working environment, as well as operating small-scale equipment. **Minimum Education:** Completed High School — Required **Experience and Qualifications: Prior experience in garment manufacturing is preferred. Must reside in São José dos Campos.
