Our main goal is to develop business opportunities within this sector through prospecting, relationship building, needs identification, and the creation of projects and products focused on innovation and modernization of public management. **Responsibilities and duties** The professional will primarily act as an SDR, while also performing other tasks according to the team's dynamics. **Active Prospecting and Qualification** List Management: Organize and maintain prospecting lists of municipalities, states, and stakeholders. Market Intelligence: Monitor Smart Cities and Innovation rankings and other sources to identify the most promising territories for PIT’s products. Identify strategic and relevant information to advance negotiations. Follow-up and CRM: Conduct initial follow-ups and keep records of prospecting activities updated in the CRM. Presentation Design: Use CANVA or PowerPoint to create high-impact presentations about projects (technology parks, incubators, smart cities, etc.). **Proposal and Operational Support** Technical/Commercial Proposal Support: Assist the team in organizing information in Excel and Word for proposals. Productivity with AI: Use tools such as ChatGPT for content research and optimization of document and proposal drafts. Event and Visit Support: Assist in organizing the reception of potential clients visiting PIT. **Interpersonal Relationships and Stakeholder Management** Contribute to the team in daily business area activities.
