Job Summary: Electrical Engineering Coordinator to manage and lead teams in preventive and corrective maintenance of complex electrical systems. Key Highlights: 1. Communication, planning, and problem-solving skills Electrical Engineering Coordinator Requirements: \* Reside in the São José dos Campos region. \* Degree in Electrical Engineering. \* Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of high- and medium-voltage substations, power transformers, power generators, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), voltage stabilizers, and building systems. \* Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems including civil, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. \* Maintenance of electrical networks and circuits, control panels, and lightning protection systems (LPS). \* Ability to generate technical reports containing statistics, parameters, alerts, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets related to performed activities. \* Knowledge of using measurement and calibration equipment and instruments. \* Active CREA registration. \* Knowledge of technical standards, safety regulations, and engineering practices applicable to substations; ability to read and interpret projects, drawings, and manuals. \* Ability and knowledge to lead work teams. \* Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, planning, organization, and control skills. \* Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
